Description:Café Services is the Food Service Management provider to over 150 locations and we’re growing!!!

We’re on the lookout for outgoing candidates with a passion for the culinary industry to join our corporate dining team in Newark, Delaware!

This is a front of the house position. Must have grill/cooking experience and be comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis.

An on call position fills in for absences, vacations, catering or other events, etc. There is potential to become a permanent position!

No nights or weekends!!
Duties:•Responsible for the safe and timely execution of all food preparation and tasks associated with the grill station. This includes serving quality, grilled menu options that meet customer’s expectations

• “Take Ownership” of the assigned station by taking primary responsibility for keeping the station and associated prep and storage areas up to company standards

•Responsible for executing functions of the position to company operational standards outlined in the Operations Manual, as well as complying with standards outlined in the company’s Serv-Safe, Safety and HACCP programs

•Assist team members as needed and help serve meals in a courteous and customer friendly manner

•Adhere to company policies/procedures and safe work practices and guidelines
Qualifications:•Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong customer service skills

•Must have excellent grilling skills and a love for cooking

•Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritize items and manage multiple orders in an efficient manner

•Must be safety minded, dependable with reliable transportation
