| Description: | Fresh Picks Café, a division of Café Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused candidate who works well under pressure to join our team as a SITE LEAD/LEAD COOK (must have cooking skills) to join our school team in Enfield, New Hampshire!
Monday through Friday schedule
32.5 hours per week
7:00am - 1:30pm
NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!
Must have strong cooking skills, be a team player and have the ability to work independently. |
| Duties: | •Responsible for the safe and timely execution of all food preparation at the assigned school, this includes direct supervision of the food production executed by other team members.
• “Take Ownership” of the food service facility by taking primary responsibility for keeping the kitchen, serving areas and storage areas up to company standards.
•Responsible for executing functions of the position to company operational standards outlined in the Operations Manual, as well as complying with standards outlined in the company’s Serv-Safe, Safety, HACCP programs and the National School Lunch Program.
•With direction and support from the Food Service Director executes menus, and controls food cost.
•Adhere to company policies/procedures and safe work practices and guidelines.
