| Description: | Café Services, Inc. is growing - FAST and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused candidate who works well under pressure to join our team as a full-time GRILL/DELI ATTENDANT to join our Corporate Dining team in Nashua, New Hampshire!
Monday - Friday
6:00am - 2:30pm

Must have grill/cooking and deli experience as well as excellent customer service skills. |
| Duties: | •Experience chopping vegetables, general food preparation, making sandwiches and grilling on a flat top grill
•Responsible for the safe and timely execution of food preparation, this includes direct supervision of the food production executed by other team members
•Provide exemplary customer service during service times; Serving customers meals from an assigned station
• “Take Ownership” of the food service facility by taking primary responsibility for keeping the kitchen, serving areas and storage areas up to company standards
•Responsible for executing functions of the position to company operational standards outlined in the Operations Manual, as well as complying with standards outlined in the company’s Serv-Safe, Safety and HACCP programs; this includes recordkeeping associated within the applicable programs
•Adhere to company policies/procedures and safe work practices and guidelines
•Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers
•Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues
•Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management team
•Having a clean and tidy appearance and work habits
•Being dependable and timely for scheduled shifts
•Performing work functions safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures

| Qualifications: | •2+ year’s experience working in food or culinary services
•Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
•Must have exceptional customer service skills and a love for cooking
Desired qualifications include:
•Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
•Prior supervisory experience
