We’re looking for an experienced, outgoing Office Support Specialist to join our corporate office team in Londonderry, New Hampshire!
Convenient full-time Schedule
8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday
7:30am – 4:00pm Friday
Must have strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills!
To provide front-office reception coverage and general office support. This position reports directly to the HR Director but provides general administrative support on special tasks and projects.

|Duties:||•Greet customers as they enter corporate office|
•Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the correct point of contact; as needed, take messages and ensure they are received by the correct team member
•Perform administrative tasks in line with company goals and reporting needs
-Includes: Preparing written correspondence, creating forms, tracking information, creating and maintaining databases, filing, writing newsletter articles, facilitating and preparing mailings and providing general support as need to ensure optimal service to internal and external customers
•Serve as the point of contact and is responsible for the coordination of basic facility needs
-Includes: daily mail runs, preparing and signing for packages, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, contracting building management company and other support services to ensure effective building operations (management company, phone, shredding, email,) etc.
•Responsible for creating, updating and distributing contact lists and various distribution lists
-Includes: requesting new email addresses and phone extensions as needed
•Support the organization by completing special projects as needed
•Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers
•Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve issues and/or concerns
•Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from the management team
•Having a clean and tidy appearance and work habits
•Being dependable and timely for scheduled shift
•Perform work functions safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
|Qualifications:||•At least two years administrative experience|
•Knowledge of using a variety of computer software application; MUST HAVE STRONG Microsoft Excel and Word skills
•High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
•Tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers as well as the ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
•Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials as well as establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
•Excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills
•Knowledge of office administration procedures
•Ability to operate most standard office equipment
